Young Cambodians are empowered to pursue careers to improve quality of their lives.
Connect Cambodian youth with the skills, opportunities, and inspirations needed to reach their potential.
Local leadership should ensure that sustainability, transparency, openness to feedback, and collaboration are integral to our programs.
In rural areas of Cambodia, key issues affecting youth are high dropout rates, limited access to and low awareness of the value of higher education, and ultimately low incomes, economic inequality, and exploitation of those who migrate to seek sufficient incomes in neighboring countries. To address these problems, we run 3 programs to make rural Cambodian youth aware of their own potential and career opportunities by supporting them academically, financially, mentally, and physically. We work with high school and university/vocational school students to provide holistic capacity building, relevant, context-based instruction, and community outreach skills.
